Who Can Apply for Refund & Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To qualify for a refund, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Who Can't Apply for Refund & Exchange

If you have open the original packing of the product. You will not be able to apply for Refund & Exchange. 


Refund & Exchange Process

Request for Refund OR Exchange: To start a Refund OR Exchange request, contact us at prodomartofficial@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.

Return of Item: We ask you to return the item in its original packaging. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refund OR Exchange Approval: Once we inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.


Refund Method

If you are eligible for Refund. We will refund the product and that's it. As, we only accept COD Payment option. So, it is relatively easy for you to refund the product without any hurdles.


Exchange Method

If you’d prefer to exchange the product instead of a refund, simply return the product. Once we inspect it, we will issue an exchange. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund.


Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If the refund is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
